for Scorries in HL Cup Final – 11th April 2015
Cove Rangers 4 – Wick Academy 0 – It
was cup final heartache for Academy and their 1,000+ travelling support as
Cove Rangers ran out 4-0 winners at
Grant Street Park. Daryl Nicol gave Cove the lead in the 32nd minute when he
netted from the penalty spot. Daniel Park headed in a second in the 53rd minute
before Nicol added his second in the 83rd minute. Jonny Smith completed the
scoring late on.
Formartine
up to 4th with win over the Fort – 11th April 2015
Formartine United 3 – Fort William 1 –
Fort William took the lead away to Formartine in the 9th minute with a wind
assisted corner from Kenneth Mackenzie, but the home side were level when
Andrew MacPherson put the ball into his own net. Cammy Keith added a second in
the 47th minute before Neil McVitie completed the scoring in the 87th minute.
Keith 1 – Nairn County 3 –
Conor Gethins gave Nairn the lead away to Keith in the 55th minute before
Robbie Duncanson added a second, Mike Ewen pulled a goal back for Keith but
Alan Pollock restored the two goal advantage.
Turriff United 2 –
Forres Mechanics 0 – Jamie Beagrie gave Turriff the lead at
home to Forres in the 57th minute before Gary McGowan completed the scoring in
the 57th minute with a solo goal.
