Formartine thrash Huntly in mid-week fixtures
Clachnacuddin 2 – Strathspey Thistle 1
Paul Brindle gave Clach the lead in the 15th
minute at home to Strathspey when Andrew Skinner set him up to net from 12
yards. Brindle added a second in the 73rd minute when Gordon
Morrison set him up to net. Jordan Wardrope netted a late consolation for
Strathspey from a corner.
Formartine United 10 – Huntly 0
Formartine scored ten without reply at home to Huntly with
Cammy Keith grabbing six of goals. Keith grabbed three goals in quick
succession with Daniel Park adding two before half-time to make it 5-0. Keith
added a sixth before Willie Mathers made it seven. Keith added his 5th
to make it right before completing his double hat-trick. Craig McKeown rounded
off the scoring to make it 10-0.
Fraserburgh 5 – Cove Rangers 1
Peter Bruce gave Fraserburgh the lead after 90 seconds at
home to Cove when he flicked the ball over the keeper. Scott Barbour added a
second with a fine individual goal. Bruce added his second with a looping
header to put the Broch in command, Barbour added his second just moments later
to make it 4-0. Stuart Walker pulled one back for Cove but almost straight
after Bruce added his third to make it five with an effort from 25 yards.

The game between Fort William and Brora Rangers was postponed due to a water logged pitch.
