The winter weather has yet again put pay to Saturday's game
against Forres Mechanics. A pitch inspection took place today at 4:00pm and the
park is frozen solid. With the forecast being more of the same for the next few
days it has been decided to call the game off.
Academy's last home game was against Brechin in the Cup on
the 28th of November, with the last home league game against Keith the week
earlier. Between the bad weather and the Cup run that's 9 games in total thus
far that have been cancelled, 6 home and 3 away.
Academy's next scheduled game is away to Formartine United
on the 9th of January, so let's hope the weather can improved and that game can
go ahead.
