2015-16 Player Awards
Fans voted for their player of the year at yesterday's game againt Brora Rangers. In total four awards were annonced after the game, as follows:
- Supporters' Player of the year – Davie Allan.
- Players' Player of the year – Sam Mackay.
- John Henderson Shield for
the Young player of the year – Marc MacGregor. - Bill Mackay Memorial Golden Boot
award – Steven Anderson and Sam Mackay (both with 20 goals). - Fair Play Award Richard
Macadie – 41 games and no bookings. - Michael McNeill Trophy Goal
of the season – Sam Mackay – WAFC v Linlithgow Rose, Scottish Cup. - Dot McLachlan Trophy for the
most improved player – Steven Anderson. - Dan Thomson Trophy Youth
player of the year – Ryan Campbell. - Wick Academy Clubman Award –
Sam Mackay.
