Brora dumped out of HL Cup by Cove on penalties – 24th

Brora Rangers 2 – Cove Rangers 2 (Cove
won 4-2 after penalties) – In the only game to beat the weather Cove knocked
Brora out of the Highland League cup on penalties after the game finished 2-2.
Blair Yule gave Cove the lead in the 9th minute but Steven Mackay equalised for
Brora. Scott Graham put Cove in front in the 73rd minute only for Daryl Nicol
to equalise a minute later. Cove prevailed 4-2 on penalties.
All
other Highland League Cup and League games were postponed due to adverse weather
conditions.
