win for Scorries – 24th Sept 2014
Clachnacuddin 0 – Wick Academy 2 – Wick
Academy continued their fine league form with an away win at Clach. Davie Allan
rounded the keeper to net on the half hour before Grant Steven made sure of the
points on the hour mark when he headed home a Sam Mackay corner.
Brora Rangers 3 – Forres Mechanics 0 –
Grant Munro gave Brora the lead at home to Forres in the 26th minute when he
headed a Zander Sutherland corner into the net. Colin Williamson made it two in
the 40th minute when he flicked a cross into the roof of the net. Steven Mackay
completed the scoring in the in the 72nd minute to ensure three points for the
home side.
Deveronvale 0 – Buckie Thistle 4 – Drew
Copeland gave Buckie the lead away to rivals Deveronvale in the 24th minute
when he lifted the ball over the keeper. Eight minutes later Scott Adams made
it two with a low drive. Adams got a quick-fire second before setting up
Andrzej Kleczkowski to net in the 64th minute to complete the scoring.
Formartine United 7 – Keith 1 –
Marek Madle put Formartine in front in the 8th minute at home to Keith. Madle
then turned provider in the 14th minute when he set up Callum Dingwall. Stuart
Massie pulled one back for Keith in the 19th minute before Stuart Mackay made
it three in the 30th minute. Dingwall added his second in the 34th minute
before Madle got his 2nd in the 46th minute. Madle added a further two goals to
complete a comprehensive win for Formartine.
Huntly 0 – Fraserburgh 4 –
Fraserburgh scored three goals in the opening 20 minutes away to Huntly, Willie
West opened the scoring before Scott Barbour added a second in the 17th minute.
West got his second in the 20th minute to put Fraserburgh on easy-street.
Barbour completed the scoring in 80th minute from the penalty spot to grab his
second of the evening.
