Academy bounce back with a great win at Formartine –

Formartine United 0 – Wick Academy 2 – Wick
Academy grabbed their first away win of the season away to Formartine thanks to
two goals either side of half-time from Lukasz Geruzel. Geruzel gave the
Scorries the lead in the 42nd minute when he scored with a shot on the turn.
The big Polish striker then made sure of the points in the 52nd minute when he
tapped home at the back post. 

Buckie Thistle 2 – Nairn County 0
Chris Angus opened the scoring for Buckie at home to Nairn when he reacted
quickest to poke the ball past the keeper. Liam Baxter sealed all three points
for Buckie when he lobbed the ball over the keeper into the empty net.

Cove Rangers 2 – Rothes 0
Jamie Watt gave Cove the lead at home to Rothes in the 73rd minute when he
scrambled the ball home in the six yard box. Connor Scully made sure Cove
grabbed all three points five minutes later with a tap in. 

Deveronvale 2 – Fort William 0
Martin Charlesworth gave Deveronvale the lead at home to Fort William in the
32nd minute before Philip Watt netted in the last minute to secure the points.

Fraserburgh 5 – Strathspey Thistle 4
Fraserburgh took the lead at home to Strathspey in the 31st minute when Willie
West netted but Adam Macleod equalised four minutes later. Two quick goals from
Scott Barbour and Ryan Cowie just before half-time had Fraserburgh on easy
street. Macleod pulled one back for Strathspey just after the break before
completing his hat-trick on the hour mark, he amazingly went onto add a fourth
in the 70th minute but Fraserburgh equalised with ten minutes to go thanks to
Courtney Cooper before Peter Bruce grabbed a winner for the home side. 

Huntly 1 – Clachnacuddin 2
Clach opened the scoring away to Huntly just after the half-hour mark when a
Daniel Mclennan shot took a deflection on its way into the net. Ian Cruickshank
equalised for Huntly in the final minute before Clach grabbed a winner in
stoppage time when Ian Penwright tapped home.

Inverurie Locos 0 – Brora Rangers 5
Champions Brora scored an emphatic 5-0 win away to Inverurie and opened the
scoring in the 8th minute. Zander Sutherland turned his man before firing past
the keeper. Andrew Greig added a second in the 22nd minute with a low drive
from the edge of the box. Brora added a third just before half-time when
Sutherland teed up Steven Mackay to net. It was 4 in the 50th minute when
Sutherland was on hand to net a rebound. Ross Tokely completed the scoring in
the 58th minute with a glancing header. 

Keith 1 – Forres Mechanics 3
Fraser Forbes gave Forres the lead after five minute away to Keith with a deflected
shot but five minutes later Matty McDonald lobbed the keeper to equalise for
Keith. Dachi Khutsishvill put Forres back in front just after the hour with a
free-kick from 20 yards before Lee Fraser netted with a looping header to
secure all three points for Forres.

Turriff United 3 – Lossiemouth 0 – Nick
Gray gave Turriff the lead at home to Lossiemouth after being set up by Gary
Harris in the 4st minute. Two minutes later Stuart Cumming added a second
before Chris Here completed the scoring in the 90th minute.
