Brora had a much better second half and Steven Ross came
close with two headed attempts
As the game looked to be heading towards a draw Grant Steven
and Steven Mackay contested a cross in the Academy penalty box and referee
Graham Fraser pointed to the spot. Steven Mackay claimed the ball and made no
mistake in firing home the penalty kick.

Academy almost grabbed an equaliser in the final action of
the game. Good pressure won the Scorries a corner which was delivered by
Richard Macadie. Michael Steven rose highest in the penalty area but his
attempt shaved the top of the Brora cross-bar.
