New Post – Wick Academy FC Club Development Officer

Wick Academy FC is seeking to
appoint a Club Development Officer. This is an exciting new post which will
involve working in the 18 primary schools in Caithness carrying out football
coaching activities and to develop an elite player pathway for the counties
most promising youngsters.

The purposes of the Club
Development Officer job is to effectively build capacity, develop and improve
infrastructure and increase participation in football across all primary ages
and abilities within Wick Academy's community programme across Caithness in the
North of Scotland. We want to encourage young people to take part in sport and
to lead a healthier lifestyle.

The applicant must be
enthusiastic and have great communication, organisation and leadership skills.
A full driving licence and access to your own car, as well as a minimum of a
Scottish FA C coaching licence is required.

The post will initially be part time
for approximately 20 weeks based on 4 days per week. This will be extended if
further funding can be sourced. If you feel that you have the desired qualities
