It's end-to-end entertainment and 6 minutes before the
half-time break the hosts took the lead. Gary Manson was adjudged by referee
Mat Northcroft to have committed a foul in the Academy box and Huntly were
awarded a penalty. Former Banks O' Dee striker David Booth sent Gray the wrong
way as he slotted home into the opposite corner.

Just before the break Kovacevic was booked for a foul on
Davie Allan, and moments later he was substituted for Paul McCarthy.

11 minutes into the second half and referee Mat Northcroft
awards the second penalty of the game, this time to Academy, for a hand-ball in
the Huntly box. Lukasz Geruzel took the spot-kick but keeper Shaun Barney dived
the right way and made a good save turning it around his post for a corner.
Academy kept battling and got their just rewards with the equaliser.
David Allan picked up the ball after it had bounced off the back of Gary Weir and
he chipped it over keeper Barney from 8 yards out.

Academy had the bulk of the game in the second half but
couldn't muster a late winner and come back up the A9 with a share of the
points.
