Weir Notches 100th Competitive League Goal
Gary Weir's opening goal against Rothes yesterday was a landmark strike for the 25 year old front-man
, as it notched up his 100th competitive goal for the Scorries, and that was shortly followed by his 101st.
Weir made his debut for Academy aged 15 when he came on as a substitute in a North of Scotland Cup tie away to Nairn County in January 2000.
His competitive goal total of 101 includes 5 hat tricks:

- 31st July 2007 v Brora Rangers – NOS Cup
- 27th Sept 2008 v St Cuthbert Wanderers – SC
- 25th Sept 2011 v Coldstream – SC
