Buckie came racing out the traps in
the second half and within a minute played they nearly scored. Gary Clark
robbed Bryan Mckiddie and he played the ball into Paul Napier and his shot was
saved by the feet of Alan Bokas.

Two minutes later and it was Macrae who was denied by Bokas. A low cross from
Napier found Macrae and his half volley was superbly tipped over the bar by the
Academy keeper.

Buckie finally got their second goal on sixty three minutes, a cross in the box
looked to be heading straight to Bokas but the wind took the ball away from him
at the last second and the ball struck off a Buckie player to hit the post and
then Donnie Munro was on hand to tuck the ball home from a yard out.

Two minutes later and Buckie added a third. Donnie Munro played a one two with
Ian Murray and Munro's effort took a slight deflection to end up in the net via
the post.

The game was made safe by Buckie on seventy three minutes when they added a
fourth. Wick failed to clear a free-kick and the ball kindly to Martin Charlesworth
inside the six yard box and although he scuffed his shot the ball still ended
up in the back of the net.

Donnie Munro should have added his third and Buckies fifth on seventy nine
minutes, a cross from Clark found Munro at the back post but he could only
smack the ball against the face of the bar.
