Academy then have a good 5 minute spell playing in the Locos
half really threatening their goal. Craig Shearer has a shot over the bar and
Martin Gunn has a shot blocked in the box.
There is 5 minutes of extra time played in the first half
due to 2 head-knocks that Neil McLean received. Locos pile on the pressure.
Craig Ross drove the ball in low from the left to Neil Mclean's
feet at left post and More does well to smother the ball.
Stuart Sinclair has a couple of good headed clearances, one
in particular from a Tommy Wilson curling shot.
Gunn did well to clear a corner, and Baba heads clear the
second one.
So backs against the wall by Academy but they retain their slender
lead going in at the half-time whistle.

Locos make a goal-keeper change at half-time with Kyle Reid coming on for Paul Jarvie.
Locos continue to press but can't penetrate the Academy defence and all of their efforts thus far have come from long range shots.
65 minutes played and Academy make their first change, Henstridge on for Weir.
73 minutes played and Academy win a free-kick 30 yards from the Locos goal. Farquhar floats it into the back-post and but the ball is just cleared off the top of Andrew MacLeods head for a corner-kick.
Locos continue to pile the pressure on but the boys do fantastically
well to hold on and beat them for the first time away at Harlaw Park. Other teams around Academy do have game in hand, but this result lifts us to 4th place in the league.
