September 2007 – Team and Club News
Friday 28th September:
Deveronvale visit the Harmsworth tomorrow for a first round tie in the format for Scottish Cup, where all HL clubs enter the first round. Stewart Ross is still out with injury, and John Seaton is likely to start on the bench.
Saturday 22nd September:
Stewart Ross is still injured for todays game at Fraerburgh and Sean Henstridge is also unavailable. Young Martin Sinclair is likely to be drafted into the squad. It is expected that the same line-up that beat Inverurie last weekend will start todays game.
Saturday 15th September:
Stewart Ross hasn’t trained all week due to a rib injury, so isn’t expected to be available for todays game at Inverurie.
Monday 3rd September:
A big night ahead for the club tomorrow as we entertain ICT in the semi-final of the ITP NOS Cup. Gary Farquhar played the full 90 minutes of the Nairn game on Saturday and it’s hoped that Martin Gunn may be fit again to be included in the squad. Young Shane Sutherland signed for ICT a few weeks ago and this will be his first visit to the Harmsworth Park in opposition colours. Hopefully we can get a big crowd for the game and we can cheer the boys onto a victory.
