Hard fought win for Wick in their 4th away match in a row. Lossiemouth looked a lot more organised and nothing like the team that played at Harmsworth Park earlier in the season - A good entertaining game though - both teams had their chances - a superb save by Stewart Black from Andrew Hardwick prevented Wick from going in 1 up at half time - and Wick had the post to thank midway thru the second half when a fizzing shot from 20 yards by Aaron Hamilton thumped off the woodwork. A sigh of relief all round for Wick when Danny Mackay's shot from the edge of the 18 yard box found its way to the back of the net.

The goal released some of the tension in the Wick players, passes started flowing and a game that could of gone either way for the previous 70 minutes almost instantly looked more comfortable for Academy
