Lest We Forget - Wick Academy Remembers

Sunday 11th November 2018 will mark 100 years since the hostilities of the First World War ceased and the guns finally fell silent. Across the world, nations, communities and individuals of all ages will come together to mark, commemorate and remember all those who served, died and were affected by the war.

Wick Academy F.C. remembers those killed in action, particularly five Academy players.

John Begg (1st Seaforth Highlanders).

Two brothers - David (Royal Fusiliers and Willie (5th Seaforth Highlanders) Skinner.

George A Sutherland (Gordon Highlanders).

David Duchart (10th Gordon Highlanders).
