Wick Academy FC Hospitality and Advertising Packages - 2023-24

For the ultimate match day experience, join us at the Harmsworth Park for match day hospitality. This is an ideal way to entertain clients, enjoy a cracking day out with friends and family or celebrate a special occasion.

An ever increasing number of companies are turning towards corporate hospitality events to reward successful employees, network with potential clients and generally improve and cement relations within a growing business structure within the county of Caithness and beyond.

We also have a range of advertising opportunities for businesses of any size to promote your company brand.

Whatever the intention, business or pleasure, we have a hospitality or advertising package to suit your needs.

Gold Match Day Hospitality Package

Price: £680, or £85 per person. Pricing for cup games may vary.

  • Lunch and coffee for up to eight persons in Mackays Hotel Wick. Choice of three starters, three main courses, and three sweets. Finished with coffee.Arrival at Mackays Hotel for 12:00.
  • Transportation (taxi or mini-bus) pickup from Mackays Hotel after lunch at approximately 2:00pm to the Harmsworth Park.
  • Entry to the match.
  • Guests welcomed to the Harmsworth Park approximately 1 hour prior to kick-off for hospitality in the Boardroom.
  • Refreshments and snacks are then provided at half-time and at the end of the match.
  • A host will be present in the boardroom and stand to assist sponsors and guests to enjoy their time at the Harmsworth with seats provided in the main stand for the match.
  • Posters displaying the Match Sponsors name are to be displayed at the tea-hut and board-room.
  • Sponsors name will be printed on the match team-lines.
  • Sponsors name will be read out over the tannoy system prior to team-lines being announced just before kick-off.
  • The match sponsor will choose a man-of-the-match to be announced at the end of the match.
  • Photograph to be taken of the Match Sponsor presenting the man-of-the-match award
  • Sponsors are then invited to join the teams at the St Fergus Bowling Club, Northcote Street where hot food will be served.
  • Match sponsors will also be listed in the fixture list on the Wick Academy web site.

Silver Match Day Hospitality Package

Price: £440, or £55 per person. Pricing for cup games may vary. 

  • Up to eight persons welcomed to the Harmsworth Park approximately 1 hour prior to kick-off for hospitality in the Boardroom.
  • Entry to the match.
  • Refreshments and snacks are then provided at half-time and at the end of the match.
  • A host will be present in the boardroom and stand to assist sponsors and guests to enjoy their time at the Harmsworth with seats provided in the main stand for the match.
  • Posters displaying the Match Sponsors name are to be displayed at the tea-hut and board-room.
  • Sponsors name will be printed on the match team-lines.
  • Sponsors name will be read out over the tannoy system prior to team-lines being announced just before kick-off.
  • The match sponsor will choose a man-of-the-match to be announced at the end of the match.

Match Ball Hospitality Package

Price: £180, or £45 per person. Pricing for cup games may vary.

  • Up to four persons are welcomed to the Harmsworth Park approximately 1 hour prior to kick-off for hospitality in the Boardroom.
  • Entry to the match.
  • Refreshments and snacks are then provided at half-time and at the end of the match.
  • A host will be present in the boardroom to assist sponsors and guests to enjoy their time at the Harmsworth with seats provided in the main stand for the match.
  • Posters displaying the Match Ball Sponsors name are to be displayed at the tea-hut and board-room.
  • Sponsors name will be printed on the match team-lines.
  • Match Ball Sponsors name will be read out over the tannoy system prior to team-lines being announced just before kick-off.
  • A signed football will be presented to the Sponsor at the end of the game (or may be delivered at a later date if preferred).
  • Sponsors & guests are then invited to join the teams at the St Fergus Bowling Club, Northcote Street where hot food will be served.
  • Match ball sponsors will also be listed in the fixture list on the Wick Academy web site.

Boardroom Hospitality

Price: £45 per person. Pricing for cup games may vary.

  • The number of available spaces will vary, please enquire for availability and we will do our best to accomodate your party.
     
  • Guests are welcomed to the Harmsworth Park approximately 1 hour prior to kick-off for hospitality in the Boardroom.
  • Entry to the match.
  • Refreshments and snacks are then provided at half-time and at the end of the match.
  • A host will be present in the boardroom to assist sponsors and guests to enjoy their time at the Harmsworth with seats provided in the main stand for the match.
  • Hospitality Sponsors name will be read out over the tannoy system prior to team-lines being announced just before kick-off.
  • Sponsors & guests are then invited to join the teams at the St Fergus Bowling Club, Northcote Street where hot food will be served.
  • Hospitality sponsors will also be listed in the fixture list on the Wick Academy web site.

Match Mascot Packages

Mascot Package 1 - £60

  • Mascot for the day - lead the teams out onto the park for the kick-off.
  • Have their photo taken with Wick Academy mascot Norrie the Scorrie, if in attendance.
  • Have their photo taken with two team captains and the referee prior to kick off.
  • Entry to ground for two accompanying adults.
  • Entry to the Wick Academy FC boardroom for hospitality - Pre & Post match refreshments.

Mascot Package 2 - £100

  • Mascot for the day - lead the teams out onto the park for the kick-off.
  • Have their photo taken with Wick Academy mascot Norrie the Scorrie, if in attendance.
  • Have their photo taken with two team captains and the referee prior to kick off.
  • Receive a football signed by the Wick Academy FC players - presented in the boardroom after the match by the man of the match.
  • Receive a Wick Academy FC replica home strip jersey.
  • Entry to ground for two accompanying adults.
  • Entry to the Wick Academy FC boardroom for hospitality - Pre & Post match refreshments.

 Match Postponements:

Occasionally due to adverse weather or other reasons out-with our control games are postponed. The party that has hospitality booked for the game in question will be given the first opportunity for the equivalent hospitality package for the re-arranged game. If the date for the re-arranged game is not suitable the hospitality for that date can be cancelled and if pre-paid a full refund will be made.

Player Sponsorship

  • Your name will be printed as the player sponsor on the Wick Academy FC web site squad page, and in player pen pic photographs which will be published on selected match day team sheets.
  • A framed photograph taken with your player.
  • A complementary match-day ticket to a game of your choice (excluding Cup games).
  • The list of available players for sponsoring can be viewed on the Squad details page.
 Price: £85 per season.

Pitch-side Advertising Boards

  • A pitch-side advertising board designed to your specifications manufactured and erected at the Harmsworth Park. Board dimensions are 8 foot x 2 foot.
  • On-going maintenance of board.
Price : £250 per year or £500 for three years (prices include construction of board), price negotiable for prime positions behind goals and additional costs may apply depending on the complexity of the required art-work. Draft proofs and pricing can be agreed on request, logosranding to be supplied by the sponsor.
